About Your Loan Transfer

Terms of Your Loan-

The transfer of your loan to Linear Mortgage, LLC does not affect the terms and conditions of your loan. The interest rate, monthly payment and terms will not change as a result of the transfer.

 

Automatic Draft/Debit (ACH) Setup-

Important information about your Automatic Draft Service. You can sent up your payment for monthly automatic drafts directly from your bank account.  To request a form for this service please contact you account representative.

 

The Notice of Transfer from your previous servicer notifies you that automatic payment drafting service is NOT transferring and will need to be re-administered. We will include a form in the welcome package that you can complete and return to reactivate this convenient service with Linear.

Interim Payment Option-

If you know your loan number or Social Security number or property address and would like to make a payment immediately, you can call (877) 215-2507 and we can take a payment by phone, or you can pay directly by mail. Please include your loan number on the check and send to:
